How paying works

No subscriptions, no wallet, no balance sitting in an account.

- Each order is paid on its own: a County Watch period, one county’s agent list, a competitor roster, or a seat.
- Cash App, Venmo or USDC on Base. Pick whichever is easiest for you.
- You get the price and a pay link before you pay anything.
Nothing auto-renews
- There is no subscription button and no card on file.
- County Watch stays on while paid: $29 covers the next 30 days for one county. When it runs out, it stops.
- We never hold a balance. There is no wallet to top up and no credit waiting on your account.
- Refunds: if a delivery fails, we refund that order.
What “a delivery fails” means: the file does not arrive, or it comes back with nothing usable for the county or brokerage you ordered. Tell us and that order is refunded. The free workspace is never affected — it stays free even if you buy nothing.
Where the data comes from
Florida public licence records, and your own MLS
We tell you exactly which fields we use, and which we never touch.
Florida DBPR public licence records
Every county list, roster and alert is built from Florida DBPR public licence records. Those records give us:
- Name
- Licence number and type
- Brokerage of record
- City and county
- Licence dates
No home addresses, no personal phone or email from DBPR. If DBPR does not publish it, it is not in a Tendeck list.
Opt out
Any agent can ask to be left out. The link is /optout, and every recruiting email sent through Tendeck carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
When an agent asks to be removed, we take them out of the lists we deliver and they stay out.
Bring your own MLS
Bring your own MLS data if your data license allows a vendor to process it for you. Some MLSs restrict using their data for recruiting, so check your own license first. Without a feed, the free workspace still runs on the MLS export or CSV you bring.
Automated outreach
You approve it once. Tendeck sends it. Texts are never automatic.
Approve your templates once
You write and approve the templates. After that, Tendeck can send them without asking you again for each one.
From your own mailbox, on weekdays
Messages go out from your own mailbox, Monday to Friday, with an unsubscribe link in every one, and a daily cap so your domain is never flooded.
Texts are never automatic
Nobody gets a text from Tendeck on its own. If a text goes out, a person sent it.

Is there a contract?

Paid items are one order at a time: County Watch is $29 per county per 30 days, an agent list for one county is $5 one-time, a competitor roster is $10 per brokerage, and an extra recruiter seat is $9 per month. You pay each order with Cash App, Venmo or USDC on Base, and there is no card on file.
Which counties?
Florida counties, built from Florida DBPR public licence records. County Watch is sold per county at $29 per county per 30 days, and an agent list for one county is $5 one-time. If a county has no licence records to deliver, that order is refunded.
How fast is delivery?
You pay, and the order is built from the current Florida DBPR public licence records and appears in your workspace. County Watch refreshes weekly, every 7 days, for as long as it is paid. If a delivery fails, that order is refunded.
Can my assistant (ChatGPT or Claude) buy it for me?
Yes. An assistant can show you the price and a pay link; you pay it yourself. The assistant never charges you, and Tendeck never holds a card on file. Point it at https://tendeck.ai/pricing and ask “what does Tendeck cost”.
What if an agent asks to be removed?
Send the request to /optout. When an agent asks to be removed, we take them out of the lists we deliver and they stay out.
Do you sell my data?
No. Tendeck never sells or shares your list, and we do not resell the lists we deliver.
