Privacy and licence records
Remove or correct your licence record
For Florida real estate licensees whose public DBPR record appears in a Tendeck recruiting list. Ask us to take your record out, or to fix something that is wrong, using the form below. No Tendeck account needed.
What Tendeck shows, and where it comes from
Tendeck for Brokers is a recruiting workspace for managing brokers. It works from public Florida DBPR licence records, so the facts in a broker's list are the same facts anyone can look up at the state.
- Name As it appears on the public DBPR record.
- Licence number and type For example SL for a sales associate, BK for a broker.
- Brokerage of record The brokerage the licence is hung at.
- City and county Taken from the licence record.
- Licence dates When the licence was issued, its status, and when it expires.
We never publish home addresses, personal phone numbers or email addresses from DBPR — not even when the state record contains them. Brokers using Tendeck see the licence facts above and nothing more from us.
What removing your record does
- It stops future deliveries. Your record is not delivered to any Tendeck customer going forward.
- It reaches brokers who already have it. The brokers who already received your record through Tendeck are told to stop contacting you through Tendeck.
- It leaves the state record alone. DBPR itself still publishes the record. Removing yourself here does not remove it from the state's public records, and anyone can still look it up there.
If something on your record is wrong, tell us in the form and we correct it in Tendeck. When the error is in the state record itself, DBPR has to fix it at the source; we can only match what DBPR publishes.
Request removal or a correction
Licence number and last name are required so we can match your record. The reason and the note are optional. When you submit, the server answers with a confirmation page, which you can keep as your record of the request.
Got a recruiting email sent through Tendeck?
Use the unsubscribe link in that email: it stops that brokerage immediately.
The unsubscribe link is tied to the brokerage that sent the message, so it takes effect at once and you do not need to wait for a removal request. If the link does not work, write to privacy@tendeck.ai and tell us the brokerage's name.
Questions
