The pond

Every licensed agent in your county. Ranked.

Your county, not a stranger’s spreadsheet. The pond holds every licensed agent you can see, ordered by recorded production over the same stated period.

Compare closed sides or closed volume. Every figure carries a source and an as-of date. Missing production stays missing—never zero—and team totals are never counted as one agent’s production.

How it works

Open. Deal ten. Make the call.

From a county full of names to a conversation you can actually have today.

  1. Connect your AI assistant.

Connect ChatGPT or Claude to Tendeck and read the permission screen, so you know exactly what recruiting context your assistant can see.

  2. Get your daily 10.

Ask for today’s deck. Ten agents from your pond, each with production, brokerage and a why-line you can read before you dial.

  3. Approve each opener.

Make the draft yours and tap to approve that one opener. Then log what actually happened, so the next conversation starts warmer.

The guardrails

People, not targets.
Firm boundaries.

Let the assistant do the preparation. Keep the decisions that carry your name.

Never sends without a human tap.

Every opener waits for you. Approving one draft never authorizes the next, and connecting your assistant is not permission to contact your pond unattended.

Do Not Contact is permanent.

An agent who says no is blocked for good. No expiry, no AI override, no clever workaround that turns a professional “no” into another follow-up.

Undo on everything reversible.

Notes, stages, next steps and other reversible workspace edits come with a way back.

Undo cannot unsend a message, reverse a consumed paid list pull, or clear a permanent Do Not Contact block.

Straightforward pricing

Free to run the desk.

No seat math, no trial clock. Pay for a fresh list only when you want one.

Straight answers.

What the pond covers. What it costs. What stays in your hands.

Who is Tendeck for?

Managing brokers, office leaders and recruiting teams who want a focused daily recruiting practice and one shared record of every conversation.

What does the pond include?

The pond is designed to include every licensed agent in the county you select, ranked by recorded production. Actual coverage depends on available licensing records and county mapping. Check record dates and coverage gaps before treating it as a complete roster.

How is production ranked?

Agents are ordered by recorded closed sides over the same stated period, with closed volume available as a second view. Every production figure carries a source and an as-of date. Missing production is shown as missing, not zero, and team totals are never treated as one agent’s production.

Does appearing in my daily 10 mean an agent wants to move?

No. The daily 10 highlights ten agents with a reason to start a professional conversation. Production, a brokerage change or a professional fit are context, not evidence that someone is unhappy or ready to leave.

What is free?

The recruiting CRM is free for up to 3 recruiters, including the county pond, the daily 10 and the shared conversation record. New-licensee lists are a separate purchase.

How are new-licensee lists priced?

New-licensee lists cost $5 per county per pull, paid from a prepaid wallet. There is no credit card on file, no subscription and no automatic top-up. You add a balance when you choose to, and each pull draws from it.

Does Tendeck contact agents for me?

No. A deck is a recommendation and an opener is a draft. Nothing leaves Tendeck without a human tap on that specific opener, and connecting your AI assistant does not authorize unattended outreach.

Does a public license record give me permission to text?

No. Public records and purchased lists do not establish consent. Follow applicable calling and messaging rules, channel-specific consent, opt-outs and Do Not Contact preferences.

Ten conversations. One good habit.

Know who. Know why. Make the call yours.

Build a recruiting practice around ten thoughtful conversations—not another spreadsheet you mean to get back to.
