Tendeck

Terms of Service

Effective: October 29, 2026
Version 1.0

The short version. Tendeck is a free customer relationship manager (CRM) for real estate agents and managing brokers, used from your own AI assistant or from our web app. You sign in with a six-digit code we email you — there are no passwords. You can add optional services by spending prepaid credits from a wallet; we never take a credit card. Anything you put into Tendeck belongs to you, and you can export or delete it at any time. Text messages only ever go out from your own Twilio number, and only after a human taps Approve — you are the sender, so consent and texting-law compliance are yours. Tendeck is provided as-is, without an uptime promise, and our liability is limited. We never sell your data and we do not train AI models on it. Please read the full terms below; they are the agreement between you and us.

1. Who we are

Tendeck is operated by Nuvidian AI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In these terms "Tendeck", "we", "us" and "our" mean that operator, and "you" means the person or business using the service.

The service is available at tendeck.ai, including a connector at tendeck.ai/mcp and a web app. If you have a legal, privacy or security notice, please see section 18.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Tendeck is offered to customers in the United States only. If you use Tendeck on behalf of a brokerage or other business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.

You may not use Tendeck if you have previously been removed for abuse.

3. Your account and sign-in

You create an account with your email address. We do not use passwords. Instead, we email you a six-digit verification code, and you enter that code to sign in. Keep access to your email account secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

Terms are accepted by a human. When you enter the verification code, we record that a person accepted this version of the terms, with the date and version number. An AI assistant cannot accept these terms on a person's behalf.

You are responsible for the activity under your account, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for the people you invite to your workspace.

4. The free service and changes to it

The core CRM — contacts, deals, notes, touches and the assistant connector — is free. Optional add-ons are paid for with prepaid credits (section 5).

We may add, change, or retire features. Where a change materially reduces what the free service does, we will give notice under section 17. We may also set reasonable usage limits to protect the service and other customers.

5. Prepaid wallet and add-ons

6. Your data and the licence you give us

Your data belongs to you. The contacts, deals, notes, touches and other records you put into Tendeck are yours. You can export them at any time using the account export feature. We claim no ownership over them.

The licence. You give us a limited licence to store, copy, transmit and display your data only as needed to run the service for you, to keep it secure, and to comply with the law. That licence ends when your data is deleted, apart from the limited records described below.

Deletion. When you delete your workspace, your workspace data is deleted immediately and permanently. Encrypted backups age out within 30 days. We keep one minimal security log of account actions — such as sign-ins and deletions — which contains no contact data. We also keep wallet and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Never sold, never trained on. We never sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Where data goes. We use a small set of service providers:

We use no analytics trackers and no advertising cookies. One session cookie keeps you signed in.

Logs. Our server access logs keep the IP address, the path requested (without query strings) and the user agent, for security. These are kept for about 14 days. Aggregated statistics with hashed IP addresses are kept for about 90 days.

Demo data. Any practice or demo data you see in the product is fictional.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

MLS data. Tendeck does not grant you MLS rights and does not obtain MLS access for you. You may upload only data you are permitted to share with a service provider. We make no blanket claim that MLS exports are allowed — that is a question for you and your MLS. If an MLS demands in writing that we delete data, we will do so and tell you.

8. Texting responsibilities

You are the sender. Tendeck sends text messages only through your own Twilio account and your own phone number. The message comes from you, not from us.

9. AI features

Tendeck uses AI to draft messages, summarise, and explain why it suggested something. These drafts and "why" lines can be wrong or incomplete. They cite a source and date where they can, label inferences, and show automated valuations as estimates with ranges — but you must review everything before you act on it.

We make no guarantee of results, of lead generation, or of accuracy. Decisions about a person, a property or a transaction are yours.

10. Third-party services

Tendeck works alongside services we do not control, including Twilio and the AI assistant you choose. Your use of those services is governed by your own agreement with them, not by these terms. If your assistant provider's terms conflict with ours on how your data is handled, their terms govern their handling of it.

11. Availability

Tendeck is provided as-is and as-available. We do not offer a service level agreement, an uptime commitment, or priority compute. We may take the service offline for maintenance or because of an outage, and we do not guarantee that any particular feature will always be available.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tendeck is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that data will never be lost, or that any message will be delivered.

Tendeck is not a law firm, a compliance consultancy, a brokerage, or a record-keeping system of record. Nothing in the product is legal advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you spent with us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Our remedies are limited to wallet credit or a refund of unconsumed purchased credit.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or business interruption, even if we were told such harm was possible.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and statutory rights are preserved. This section follows our published liability posture.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your text messaging, your data, your MLS conduct, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Tendeck at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, that abuses the service, or that exposes us or another customer to legal risk.

If we suspend or terminate for reasons other than abuse, you keep export access and we refund any unconsumed purchased credit. If we terminate for abuse, export may be closed. Data handling after termination is described in section 6.

16. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by individual arbitration rather than in court, and each of us waives the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. This section is standard and short on purpose.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will give at least 14 days' notice by email to the address on your account and in our changelog, and we will update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using Tendeck after the new version takes effect, the new version applies.

18. Contact

There is no human support line. Your AI assistant answers support questions using Tendeck's built-in manual — try it first.

Legal, privacy and security notices should go to legal@tendeck.ai.

We do not negotiate custom contracts, master agreements or security questionnaires. What we publish is what we offer: these published terms, or no account.
