Privacy Notice

The short version

• We never sell your data.
• You own your data. The contacts, deals, notes and touches you put in belong to you.
• Export or delete any time. Export with account_export; deletion removes your workspace data immediately.
• We do not use your data to train AI models. No advertising, no analytics trackers.

Who we are

Tendeck (https://tendeck.ai) is a service operated by Nuvidian AI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Tendeck is offered to customers in the United States only, and only to adults aged 18 or older.

Tendeck is a free CRM for real estate agents and managing brokers, with optional prepaid add-ons paid from a prepaid wallet. There are no credit cards. Credits are for Tendeck services only, are not redeemable for cash, and no cash refunds are given except where the law requires.

You use Tendeck from your own AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, or another MCP client) through https://tendeck.ai/mcp, and from the Tendeck web app. You sign in with a 6-digit code emailed to you. There are no passwords.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and phone number.
• Workspace content you add: contacts, deals, notes and touches. This is your data, not ours.
• Data about your contacts: you add it, and you are the controller of it. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store it.
• Usage logs: for security and to keep the service running.
• Wallet records: prepaid balances and add-on purchases.

How we use it

• To run and provide the service.
• To keep the service secure.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

That is the whole list. We do not use your data for anything else.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not rent your data.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.
• We do not run ads.
• We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies.

Who processes your data

We use a short list of subprocessors. These are the only ones.

• Hetzner Online — servers. Hosting is in a United States data center.
• Resend — sends your sign-in emails. Receives your email address only.
• Twilio — only your own Twilio account, and only when you connect it.
• Your chosen AI assistant provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or another MCP client) — receives the data your assistant reads through our connector, under your own agreement with that provider.
• GoDaddy — domain and DNS. No customer data.

Your AI assistant

When you connect ChatGPT, Claude, or another MCP client, the data your assistant reads through our connector is handled under your own agreement with that provider. Their privacy terms apply to what they receive. Ours cover what we store and do inside Tendeck.

Texting

Tendeck sends text messages only through your own Twilio account and your own number. You are the sender, and every message requires a human tap on Approve. Tendeck never sends a text without that tap.

You are solely responsible for consent, for TCPA and FTSA compliance, for Do Not Call compliance, and for A2P 10DLC registration.

Do Not Contact flags are permanent until you lift them.

Cookies

We set one session cookie, used for sign-in. That is all. No analytics trackers and no advertising cookies.

How long we keep things

• Account and workspace data: kept until you delete it.
• Deletion: permanently deletes your workspace data immediately.
• Encrypted backups: age out within 30 days.
• Server access logs: IP address, path (no query strings) and user agent, kept about 14 days for security.
• Aggregated statistics: kept about 90 days, with hashed IP addresses.
• Minimal security log: a record of account actions is kept. It contains no contact data.

Security

• Encryption in transit.
• Encrypted secrets at rest.
• Tenant isolation, so one workspace's data is not visible to another.
• Code-based sign-in, so there are no passwords to steal.

Your rights and choices

• Access and export: export your data at any time with account_export.
• Correction: fix anything that is wrong.
• Deletion: delete your workspace data and it is gone.

You can exercise these through your AI assistant or through the web app. State privacy rights apply where they apply.

Real estate data, MLS and demo data

Tendeck does not grant or obtain MLS rights for you. You may upload only data you are permitted to share with a service provider. We make no blanket claim that MLS exports are allowed, and you should check your own MLS rules before uploading anything from one.

Practice and demo data in Tendeck is fictional.

Children

Tendeck is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Support

There is no human support line. Your AI assistant answers support questions using the built-in manual.

Governing law and liability

This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Liability terms follow the limits set out in our Terms of Service.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update this page, the version number and the effective date.

For material changes we email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
